These terms govern use of DropInRadar. Support: support@dropinradar.com.

The Muse connector does not accept payments. There is no athlete checkout in Muse through DropInRadar, and no Stripe Link. A class booking is a transaction between the athlete and the gym, on the gym’s site.

01 Acceptance and the service

By using DropInRadar, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a gym or studio, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

The service is gym software plus a discovery connector and API. It helps people find last-minute class openings. It is not a marketplace that takes a share of booking revenue. Athletes who book do so on the gym’s own system, through a deep link.

Gym subscription plans are the ones shown on the site, including monthly, quarterly, and founding annual offers as marketed. You pay the fees shown at purchase. When subscription checkout is live, the price and any refund terms displayed at checkout apply. We do not offer refunds except where the law requires them or where those checkout terms say otherwise. Those fees are for DropInRadar. They are not athlete class payments.

02 No payments through the Muse connector

The connector does not accept payments. It does not offer Stripe Link, and it does not run athlete checkout inside Muse or on DropInRadar. DropInRadar does not process athlete card payments and does not take a booking cut.

Any class fee, cancellation, or refund is between the athlete and the gym, under the gym’s policies and on the gym’s site. DropInRadar is not a party to that transaction and is not the merchant for it.

03 Gym responsibility

The gym is responsible for the accuracy of the openings, schedule, prices, and availability it publishes. The gym is also responsible for its own booking, cancellation, and refund policies. A seat can fill or change before someone finishes checkout on the gym’s system. DropInRadar displays and routes what the gym provides.

04 API and connector use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse the API, or scrape it beyond authorized rates.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the API or its responses as a competing service.
  • Introduce malware, probe the service without permission, or bypass authentication.
  • Submit illegal content, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with other gyms’ data or with Muse’s use of a credential issued for this connector.

We may apply rate limits and may throttle or suspend access that exceeds them or that threatens the service.

05 Authentication keys

Connector authentication uses an API key (GYM_API_KEY). In Muse, that credential is stored in Muse’s Secure Credentials Store. DropInRadar receives authenticated API requests. We do not receive the user’s Muse account password.

Keys are confidential. Do not publish them, commit them to a public repository, or share them outside the gym and the integration they were issued for. If a key may have leaked, rotate it and tell us at support@dropinradar.com. You are responsible for activity that uses your key until you rotate it and we have had a reasonable time to reject the old key.

06 Intellectual property and feedback

DropInRadar, including its software, branding, and documentation, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant a gym customer a limited right to use the service while its subscription is active. You keep ownership of the inventory and other content you submit. You give us permission to host, display, and return that content through the service and the API so we can operate discovery.

If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

07 Disclaimers, liability, and indemnification

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that discovery, the API, Muse, or a gym’s booking system will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a published opening will still be available at checkout.

To the extent the law allows, DropInRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for bookings and payments that happen on a gym’s system. Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us for DropInRadar in the three months before the claim. Where the law does not allow a limit, it applies only as far as it can.

You will indemnify DropInRadar against third-party claims arising from your inventory, your booking or refund policies, your misuse of the API or keys, or content you submit, except to the extent the claim is caused by our willful misconduct. We will indemnify you against a third-party claim that the unmodified service infringes a U.S. intellectual property right, if you notify us promptly and let us control the defense. That indemnity does not cover claims caused by your data, by combining the service with something we did not provide, or by use after we told you to stop.

08 Termination, governing law, and contact

We may suspend or end access for abuse, nonpayment, a leaked key we cannot contain, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Fees already owed, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnities still apply after access ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the State of New York are the venue for disputes, except where applicable law requires a different forum.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

09 Relationship to Muse

Muse is Meta’s product. DropInRadar is not affiliated with Meta. Using the connector inside Muse is also subject to Meta’s and Muse’s terms. DropInRadar does not control Muse, and Meta does not control DropInRadar.

If Meta approves the connector, it may appear in the Muse directory. A directory listing does not make Meta a party to any booking or payment between an athlete and a gym. Those transactions stay on the gym’s system.

See also our Privacy Policy.

Last-minute class fill for gyms and studios. Bookings stay on your system, and you keep 100% of the revenue.
